Time for reflection/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order.
Whatever the reason, you have the legal right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal (if applicable) has not been broken and/or the product has not been used.
If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. The costs for returning are for your own account.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after cancellation to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount.
If you return only part of the order, you will only receive the purchase amount of the product back. The costs for returning are for your own account.
These costs amount to approximately 8 euros per package, depending on the package service you choose. Check the website of the carrier you want to use for the exact rates.
If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be supplied with all the accessories and must be also returned in their original condition and packaging.
